Your inner seasons and their energy

You have four inner seasons and each of them hold their own energy and wisdom. Learning what each is can guide you to create your inner flow which will spill into your outer flow.

You do not have to be menstruating or physically have a womb to follow your inner seasons. We all have them men and women, we all have an energetic womb.

  • Winter: Is a time for you to rest, reflect and re-calibrate. It is when your intuition is high and creative ideas flow.

  • Spring: Is a time when your energy begins to rise and you feel like going out into the world.

  • Summer: Is your superwoman season - If you have nurtured your previous seasons you are full of energy and you have more to give to others. A time of being outward focused and getting your goals done.

  • Autumn: Is a time for reflection, slowing down but also tidying up loose ends so you have more time in your inner winter for you.

By mapping these seasons and knowing your own pattern you can begin to see how you can create your own inner and therefore outer flow.

Learning how each season likes to be nourished and held is the key to putting all the wisdom together. When you then embody this wisdom and take it into your daily life you will see magic unfold before or within you.

Many blessings,
